Neuropsychological, Psychoeducational and Autism Diagnositic Evaluations
I am currently providing psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations for children, teens and adults. Evaluations are conducted for a variety of purposes, including identification and examination of:
• Learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and Non Verbal Learning Disability • Developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the ADOS-2 • Giftedness • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)/Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) • Other Psychiatric and Behavioral Disorder Diagnoses with Treatment Recommendations • SAT or High School Accommodations or services or to assist college applicants who may be in need of accommodations in college • To identify strengths and weaknesses to aid in development of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for a student to achieve academic success
When conducting psychological evaluations, I take time to ensure that children, teens and adults, understand and feel comfortable with the testing process. During the assessment process, I am attuned to child's level of attention and fatigue and am able to respond flexibly and creatively to ensure that they are able to complete all presented tasks to the best of their ability. I then integrate information from various testing instruments and communicate my findings using clear language to provide useful recommendations in my written report. When needed, I am also able to present assessment results in CSE meetings or to other service providers.
Fees for psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations of individuals are based on referral questions to be answered, and the amount of direct time involved in test administration, scoring, and interpretation.
